Housekeeping was pretty poor, Stayed 4 nights for work, No clean towels, No fresh Linen, No rubbish removal and tea/coffee etc was not topped up, pretty poor considering it was advertised 'Housekeeping' on the website. Had to go to Kmart to purchase towels to use and dispose of rubbish at the worksite we were working on, After Working in Wellington where you get home from work and you have fresh linen, Towels etc it was a huge let down, I guess it is a Rotorua thing.
