There are three beautifully styled bedrooms, including a sumptuous master suite with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
The converted internal-access garage now serves as a functional bunk room, ideal for extra guests, with an exciting renovation planned for November 2025 to add elegant French doors and upgraded finishes. For now, it's just a converted garage though so please be aware when booking prior to December.
A modern family bathroom showcases high-end touches, while a dedicated office space provides a peaceful spot for remote work or quiet reading. Completing the home is an internal-access garage for your convenience — every detail designed for a stay that feels both indulgent and effortless.

Set high above the city, this home is situated in Redwoods Park offering views, space, and easy access to Rotorua’s outdoor lifestyle. World-class mountain biking and walking trails, the lakefront, and thermal attractions are all within a short drive, while cafés, restaurants, and shops are close enough to enjoy without the hustle of the city centre. At night, the area is peaceful the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
