Staff a bit hit and miss, check in was very good, staff at the check out was uninterested and dismissive. I signed up to IHG membership with the encouragement of staff at check in, I asked the lady at check out to add my membership number to their system she said she cannot do this. Felt more like she didn’t want to bother rather than inability.
