The hotel has a good location. The rooms are cozy and can be a bit loud at night if you have to open a window. Good common area for eating with ping pong and a foosball table for kids.

We had a lovely welcome and you couldn’t fault the service at the desk. The room was basic which was fine - it had what we needed. Unfortunately the aircon didn’t work very well, the room had large windows and the sun was streaming in so it was far too hot. We could have dealt with that as we spent very little time in the room. It was somewhere to sleep whilst we explored the city. However on the floor above us there was a group of very noisy people partying into the night as well as an irate guest who kept banging on the walls and shouting ‘shut up’ so a fairly disturbed night. This may have been a one off and it was a shame as our initial impressions were really positive.

Very quiet, clean and modern room (if a little small) and ensuite. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free 24-hour tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Tram stop opposite front door. Only negative was USB sockets by bed didn't work but plenty of plug sockets.

Decent, very central, clean, and value for money. I had the king room and it was very spacious, with table, chairs and kettle. Also, they offer free coffee at the lobby which is nice. What I didn't like is the last check-in time (Expedia was saying that the check-in is at 3pm but it was actually at 4pm, which is quite late)

It’s a simple hotel but my room was clean, bed was comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower. Easy to walk to all of the major sights and lots of transportation options nearby. Good value for money and would definitely stay there again

Great for a budget stay in Rotterdam

Lovely hotel on a budget. Shame there was no bar, room had a kettle but no tea bags or coffee. Bed was really comfy and shower great so the important things were spot on
