Welcome to Oak View's Guest House! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top. This newly renovated, private oasis is a home with 2 bed, 2 bath and can sleep up to 4 people. Take a swim in the unheated pool during the summer, and relax by the fire pit in the evening. The outdoor amenities are shared with guests at the Main House. If you need more space, please consider booking the entire property which can sleep up to 10! CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!

*PLEASE NOTE: there is NO fencing around the pool! This is not ideal for younger children.

Guests will have access to only the guest house.
These outdoor amenities are *shared* with guests at the Main House: pool, grill, and fire pit.

Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

Other Things to Note:
- The outdoor amenities (pool, fire pit, and grill) are shared with guests at the Main House. If you would like to book the entire property, please inquire!

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.

- Pool: is NOT fenced or heated. Please consider this when booking with children.
