A picturesque holiday home built in 2024, located in a quiet part of the Rovinj municipality, ensuring both a pleasant stay and immediate vicinity to all the pleasures Rovinj has to offer.
The house is comprised of two bedrooms, each with its own queen-sized bed, a living room fitted with a pull-out corner sofa suitable for two people, and the kitchen. Each room features access to a private bathroom, the living room included.

Outside an 8.5 meter long swiming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace included, private parking and a great deal of open space for outdoor activities.

The intended guest capacity is six at most, making it an ideal holiday spot for both families and friends.
