The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings,or can be easily reached by bike or car.The interior size amounts to 30m2 and the balcony is 8m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Studio consistsof a bedroom with a double bed,a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine,all necessary dishes andutensils) with a dining area,a bathroom with shower,as well as a balconyperfect to enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this studiois an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. There arealso a shared garden and BBQ grill facilities at your disposal.
