Got 3rd floor when checked In and when asked for one on the 1st floor the man did not care to help, and everyone after got 1st floor .. plus could not use elevators , had to carry all stuff up 3 flights and no electricity or hot water …. When tried calling front desk to find out about electricity, no-one answered Not a good experience - should get a full refund Almost broke my leg on stairs

The night front desk staff I would give her 5 stars she is caring and helpfully. The room we got was just a huge disappointment we paid the extra fee for a family room went to pull out the pull out bed it was broke with metal sticking out! So not safe and shamefull the mattress was filty and really disgusting the couch had a huge rip in it the bathroom is very dated not the cleanest the tv stand also was in poor condition
