- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Due to the location, this home does not accept children.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7.
- The creek is visible from the cabin, but please exercise caution near it.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee and must be pre-approved.
- The cabin is rustic and has vintage charm. While there is central heating, due to its historic nature, it may feel cooler during winter months.
- We strongly recommend arriving during daylight hours, as finding the home and unloading your car can be challenging after dark.

WEATHER & TRAVEL NOTICE
Please note that there are no refunds or discounts provided for power outages, road closures, or unplowed roads. Guests are encouraged to be prepared for all weather and living conditions by bringing flashlights, tire chains, and warm clothing. During winter storms, access to the mountain may be limited, so it's important to monitor local news for road updates. The home is located on the main highway, which may impact accessibility during snowstorms. A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive car is necessary for safe travel in winter conditions. We also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions. Plan accordingly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival will incur a $500 restocking fee.
For cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival, the full payment (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) is forfeited.

PARTIES AND NOISE POLICY
Violations of our rules on noise, parties, or over-occupancy will result in a $500 fine per occurrence and possible eviction without a refund.
