Très jolie maison atypique située dans le centre de la cité médiévale. Tres bien équipée, belle terrasse et à proximité du centre ville très commerçant. Nous avons profité d'un agréable séjour à Ruoms. Un grand merci pour cette belle prestation.

Tolle Lage, schönes Dorf

Sehr schönes mittelalterliches Haus, in Zentrum Lage. Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem Drum und Dran. Nur etwas warm in den Zimmern.. Nicht weit vom Pont d arc, Grottes usw.- alles in 15-20 min erreichbar.

Maison Ruoms

L'emplacement de la maison était bon mais il y avait des défauts qui ne nous avaient pas été signalés lors de la réservation. Il y avait une fuite dans une chambre dont nous avons constaté qu'elle souffrait après de fortes averses de pluie. La pression de l'eau dans la cuisine et la salle de bain était également hors service. Tout cela ne nous a été dit qu'à l'arrivée. Si vous louez une maison, cela doit certainement être en ordre !! Nous avons contacté la propriétaire pour demander un remboursement mais elle ne répond pas. Ce n'est pas non plus approprié.

maison à l'aménagement assez rustique

Maison ancienne au centre d'un très joli village, rue calme. Malheureusement l'aménagement de la maison laisse à désiré /est assez rustique (aucune isolation, désordre, pas de poubelle, des placards remplis de bric et de broc et d'anciens produits d'entretien, plantes desséchées sur la terrasse...). Pendant notre séjour, la douche fonctionnait mal. Le petit dédommagement que la propriétaire nous a promis suite à notre réclamation n'a toujours pas été envoyé (malgré nos 2 relances). Conciergerie au top, par contre.

Séjour en familles

Emplacement parfait dans une très belle région. Maison magnifique, malheureusement laissée un peu à l’abandon. Compliqué de dormir au vu de la chaleur torride à l’intérieur surtout dans les chambres. Contact avec les différents intervenants très agréable.

Maison vraiment magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est à disposition que se soit à l'intérieur ( accessoires ménagers, pour la vie quotidienne...) comme sur la terrasse ( barbecue, parasols, Transat, wc, séchoir à linge....). La propriétaire, Maryse, est une personne d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et toujours à l'écoute s'il y a un problème dans la maison . Nous avons eut quelques petits soucis mécaniques qui se résolvent par du "système D" rien de bien grave . Maison situé en plein cœur de Ruoms donc hyper pratique pour sortir sans sa voiture. Nous y reviendrons ;)

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances ! le logement est fidèle aux descriptifs et très bien situé : à deux pas des commerces , des restos...Possibilité d'aller à pieds à la rivière et de très belles balades à faire ! Le logement est situé dans la vieille ville donc aucune circulation ... un parking pas trop loin pour garer la voiture pour la semaine !! c'est très bien !! Vous pouvez réserver sans problème !! Geneviève est d'une grande disponibilité!! un bel avantage aussi quand on a beaucoup de route et que l'on ne connait pas vraiment notre heure d'arrivée ! Merci pour tout !! et bonne continuation !!

Vacnes Aout 2020

Maison très agréable et idéalement située en plein centre de RUOMS mais au calme. Une terrasse de 40 M2 permet de partager de bons moments. la rivière est à environ 5 MN à pieds. Maryse la propriétaire est aussi très agréable et Genevieve qui nous a accueillie est très accueillante . Elle nous a aussi conseillé . Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour que l'on passe un très bon séjour. Pour nos prochaines vacances en Ardèche, je choisirai à nouveau cette adresse Véronique

Sehr staubig Keine Möglichkeit Zum die eigenen Kleider aufzubewahren Beleuchtung in fielen Räumen defekt Besteck Teilweise mit Rostfleken Wehr gern in einem Museum lebt der perfekte Ort Überladen mit persönlichen Gegenständen vom Besitzer wie z.B. elektrische Zahnbürste im Bad Subobtimal ist auch die Badewanne mit einer Rinne am Rand wo sich das Duschwasser sammelt und jedesmal mit Schwämmen getrocknet werden muss ( die Schwämme sind ebenfalls bereits länger im Einsatz) Wir reisen viel und sind eigentlich nicht heikel das war aber in der Summe zufiel. Dennoch Super Lage Alles in der Nähe

Maison de caractère parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances

Séjour d’aout dans cette maison de caractère à 4 en famille. Maison très agréable à vivre et disposant de tout le matériel nécessaire (ustensiles, grille pain, télé, transat...) Positionnement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville et à proximité de la rivière. Température haute du fait de la canicule mais les murs de la maison sont épais. Peu d’internet du fait de la localisation mais idéal pour faire une coupure !
