The main level features a custom chef’s kitchen that flows seamlessly into the spacious living and dining areas, offering panoramic views of Canandaigua Lake. This inviting space is complete with a cozy electric fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. From here, step out onto the sprawling deck to savor outdoor dining or simply take in the stunning lake views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The lower level is designed for entertainment and comfort. Here, you’ll find a stylish bar area, a large lounge with a plush sectional sofa, a second big-screen TV, and another electric fireplace for cozy nights in. This level also includes a private queen bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a convenient laundry room. You’ll also find a queen bedroom, a double bed room, another room with a double with a twin trundle underneath and twin bed, and an expansive bunk room that sleeps up to 16 guests, complete with three double bunk beds (sleeps 4 each) and two twin bunks. Two additional full baths serve this floor, including one with wheelchair accessibility. With an elevator connecting all levels, the home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility for every guest.

The seasonal guest house offers the perfect private escape, featuring an open-concept living area, a kitchenette with mini-fridge and toaster oven, and a full bath—ideal for extended family or friends who want their own space. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO BED IN THIS SPACE
