Just a short walk to Arkansas Tech's football field, coffee shops, and downtown restaurants, this spacious haven accommodates up to 14 guests with 4 beds/ 2 baths, and dual living spaces. Enjoy outdoor thrills with fishing and boating at nearby Lake Dardanelle, or explore waterfall hikes and mountain biking at Mt. Nebo. Perfect for families/ groups this home is a retreat in the heart of Russellville.

The Space:
Each floor has it's own separate charming Living Room with plenty of space for families and friends to gather with 65 inch streaming TV's.

Whether cooking for a Holiday Meal, Tail-Gating, or just making a snack there are 2 fully equipped kitchens to make cooking a breeze- one Upstairs and one Downstairs. (Downstairs Kitchen Oven is operational, however Stove top is currently not functioning.)

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms- Bedroom 1: King Size Bed w/ TV and closet; Bedroom 2: Full/Twin Bunk Bed, Twin Bed with Trundle Twin Bed and closet for storage and 1 Full Bathroom with step-in Shower and Washer/Dryer.

Downstairs has 2 more Bedrooms- Bedroom 3: 1 King Size Bed with closet, Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Size Bed, and 1 Full Bathroom and Washer/Dryer.

Not what I was expecting

The neighborhood was not the best. The house was old although it had been updated. The lower level’s ceiling were very low. There were no smoke detectors in the house as listed which was EXTREMELY important to me in a home this old and my family being there too. When asked where they were located I never got an answer. My son-in-law had to run to Walmart before they closed at 11 pm to purchase 4 so we would feel safe. I would not recommend this property to my friends

Michael was a great host and communication was quick and helpful. The house is spacious! We loved the setting on the mountain surrounded by trees. It was lovely sitting it in the deck on the snowy January morning.The just is so
