Our room looked clean at first, but the lampshades were rusty, the ceiling was patched up. Even the little envelopes with your room looked like it had been used. Plug sockets were Loose and hanging out of the wall

Soccer weekend

I do not normally give reviews but I felt like I needed to today. Whenever I pulled up... I was thinking that it wasn't going to be great but that I could suck it up for one night. I was wrong. The outside and lobby isn't that nice but the hotel room (306) was clean! It didn't have a smell. It looked like a new tub had been installed and I was quite impressed! I was alone so I wasn't excited about the exterior door being outside but I asked about safety and was notified that the sheriffs office was around the corner. The front desk attendant was the same both days and she was super friendly! I'd stay again.

From the reviews, I didn’t expect this to be a five-star hotel, but I chose it for the convenience of its proximity to my destination. We checked in late and were accommodated, which I appreciated. However, two days into our stay, I was approached by a staff member who accused my family and me of removing the shampoo and conditioner bottles from the shower wall. I was appalled, as there were no bottles installed when we first checked into the room. On top of that, the room had a constant musty, smoky smell, the bathroom basin drain didn’t work, the cupboard handle enclosing the fridge was broken, and one morning I even saw a roach crawling on the desk. His approach was unprofessional, and I found it offensive to be accused in such a manner. Only after this incident did they install new bottles and fix the basin drain. While some issues were eventually addressed, the overall experience left me disappointed, and I believe situations like this should never happen.
