Precious Mallorcan house with stone facade on an 11,000m2 estate.

While the interior of the house is very beautiful, the exterior is undoubtedly the best. A huge garden with a large, impeccably maintained lawn and a variety of trees and plants. The 08 x 04 metre swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has a staircase inside the pool for greater safety and comfort.

Large porch with fixed barbecue, furnished with comfortable sofas.

There is also a large terrace in front of the house, with a table and chairs, and a pergola for shade.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Living room with satellite TV and internet access and a spacious kitchen open to the dining room, fully furnished and equipped.

Located in a rural area on the outskirts of the town of Búger,

a central town on the island and well-connected. -VT/1403

Excellent!

With a great bakery in Buger, close by. Perfect location for daytrips ... Most destinations in Mallorca can be reached within 45-60 minutes drive.

Peaceful location with exceeded pool and outdoor space

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks at the villa. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely and maintained regularly. Indoor accommodation was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. The villa was cleaned after the first week and new towels were provided. A lovely place to relax whilst only 20 minutes drive from Alcudia and 25 mins to Pollensa.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit toller Außenanlage

Wir waren zu sechst für fünf Nächte in der Finca. Die drei Doppelzimmer sind als Schlafraum etwas klein, für unsere Zwecke jedoch vollkommen ausreichend. Tolle Außenanlage! Insbesondere die über dachte Terasse lädt zu geselligen Stunden ein! Nahversorgung per Auto in Sa Pobla (5-10min) gut gegeben. Auch an den Strand kommt man in 15-20min problemlos. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Lovely relaxing break

Beautiful house and location. The pool and garden are by far the star of the show and we spent most of our 10 days outside. Lovely garden, large orchard of mainly almond trees and olives, loads of open space and the outdoor lounge with plug points, fan and running water was our favourite space to hang out in the eves and the day beds were so much nicer than a regular sunbed. It looks exactly like the photo, idyllic. As a balancing comment and certainly not a complaint, just a point to note, the finca sits on a tiny country lane and is on the edge of a working farm growing all sorts of amazing produce. This means that workers are tending to the crops right outside of your bedroom and lounge window on the ground floor so we were unable to open the shutters/windows at all through the stay as it did not feel private. Equally, in the garden, one side of the garden is directly adjoining the owners Son's property which again is not a problem (although we were kept awake for the first 7 nights because the two rotweillers barked all the way through the night as the owners were away) but it does mean you are semi-isolated not fully isolated. It is not fully private as the listing suggests......again, not a problem but there was always a sense of being overlooked. Fine for us but we were conscious they had a young baby and so always kept the music low - if you are going there for a raucous week away it probably isn't the place. The highlight for us was falling in love with next doors beautiful retired horse who would come to the fence to say hello on a daily basis and hang out for a while enjoying a few carob pods! All in all, well equipped, well located and beautifully maintained so my comments are just to give you location perspective, not in anyway to undermine this lovely place

Beautiful property in rural Majorca

We had a lovely stay at the property. The house is a fair size for 6 guests, bedrooms are quite small but the living spaces are ample and the kitchen is great to have all the family round to cook. The property excels in its outside spaces. The pool is beautiful and the outside dining area is divine. Plenty of space to BBQ, have drinks, sunbath, exercise, eat dinner together. We spent 90% of our stay in the garden. The location is very rural but only a short distance to the nearest towns with supermarkets. We went to Alcudia a few times to the beach which is a beautiful port town. This was only 15 mins away in the car. The host was great, we had an issue with the shower and he came out to fix the same day. We would definitely recommend and stay ourselves again.
