Charming country house in a quiet area of Mallorca, Sa Vela de Son Puig, offers privacy and security in a fenced plot, perfect for families with children. The private 6.5x10m swimming pool and included pool towels ensure fun and comfort.



Ideal house for relaxing and natural vacations with family or friends with a fully equipped open kitchen, bright living room with TV and comfortable sofas, 2 bathrooms, one of them exterior, and cold/heat air conditioning throughout the house for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds and sunny and shaded corners on the terrace with a Mediterranean touch invite relaxation.

Super schöne Finca

Die Finca war genauso wie beschrieben- schön, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders nett- ein Obstkorb, Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung. Die Kommunikation war super.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Kleiner Makel: Die Beschreibung der Container zur Müllentsorgung könnte genauer sein. Am Ende der Straße haben wir keine Container gefunden.

Finca in absolut ruhiger Lage

Mitten in Feldern gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Absolut sauber, gute Betten, angenehmes Duschbad, toller Swimmingpool. Leider ist die Küche so ausgestattet, dass man nur eingeschränkt kochen kann.

Einsames, schönes kleines Haus!

Ein kleines, aber sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Pool und Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus steht einsam auf einem Feld. Das bad Innen ist modern gehalten! Das Außenbad ist rustikal aber in einem guten Zustand. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich zielorientiert um kleinere Probleme die sie auch lösen kann. Einziges Manko: Die Betten haben eine Länge von 1,80 x 1,40. Mit meiner Größe von 1,93 viel zu klein!

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und Check In Vorgang waren so wie man es sich wünscht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Garten und Pool gepflegt.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind goldeswert. Abzüge gibt es für die kleinen Betten (180x140cm) und für die mangelnde Grundversorgung mit Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle. Auch ein Hinterausgang zum Pool wäre hilfreich, so müsste man nicht alles um das Haus tragen. Ansonsten aber ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe!

Abseits gelegene zweckmäßig eingerichte Finca mit top Poolabsicherung für Kleinkinder

Finca wie erwartet in der „Pampa“ gelegen, mit schönem, durch Tore abgesicherten Pool, der allerdings stets von Insekten befreit werden muss, da keine Pumpe das erledigt. Küche trotz Bemängelung von Vormietern unzureichend ausgestattet (es fehlen z.B. größerere Schüssel für Salat oä, Becher für Tee oder Kakao - haben jetzt 2 gekauft und da gelassen, normale Messer waren nicht vorhanden, mit den Steakmessern war Brote schmieren eine tägliche Herausforderung und wenigstens eine Pfanne, die plan auf der Herdplatte liegt, wäre auch von Vorteil). Toaster war defekt. Kühlschrank sehr laut und im Schlafzimmer zu hören. Zweites Bad ist ein Poolbad (Dusche + WC außerhalb der Finca) und so lt Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Das Wannenbad in der Finca ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig (Silikondichtungen teils schwarz verfärbt und rostige Macken im Wannenboden). Im Aussenbereich suchte man vergebens die Palettenlounge zum Chillen sowie auch die Sitzgruppe am Pool, hier stand dafür eine Hollywoodschaukel. Die Gärtnerin erledigte die Gartenpflege rund ums Haus leider zum Zeitpunkt, als wir abends den Tag ausklingen lassen wollten. Ungestörte Privatsphäre kenne ich anders, sorry. Alles in allem ok für eine Woche, aber nicht länger und für uns sicher auch nur 1 x. Wer kein Freund von Katzen ist aufgepasst, denn hier wohnen 1-2, von denen die Weiße stets und ständig Anschluss sucht. M.K. aus NRW

Top Finca in perfekter Lage

Die Finca ist perfekt für 2 bis 6 Personen geeignet. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, zwei Bäder und einen wunderschönen Garten. Vor Allem die gleichzeitig ruhige und gut angebundene Lage (Alcudia 10 min, Sa Pobla 3 min) sind ein großer Vorteil.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, von Schlüsselübernahme bis Schlüsselübergabe. Danke nochmal an die 2 netten Herren von IPM und der Hausherrin. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Eine süße kleine Finca inmitten von Feldern. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit und haben den schönen großen Pool sehr genossen, insbesondere die Kinder. Wenn wir etwas zu bemängeln hätten, dann das die Küchenutensilien etwas mehr und neuer sein könnten. Insgesamt doch sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Ein total ruhig gelegenes und gut gesichertes Haus mit tollem Pool und sehr gepflegten Garten. Sehr schön auch abends beleuchtet. Eine liebe Katze die dort wohnt hat unsere Kinder täglich sehr erfreut. Das reine Haus wurde mit 110 qm Wohnfläche angegeben, was definitiv nicht so wirkte. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ein sehr laut brummender Kühlschrank war etwas nervig, vor allem nachts. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern geben würde, dann ein Geschirrspüler und eine etwas bessere Küchenausstattung (Thermoskanne für Kaffee, Auflaufform, scharfe Messer etc. sowie Kleiderschränke anstatt Kommoden. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es gar keine Möglichkeit Kleidung abzulegen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf der großen Terrasse und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Finca in ländlicher Lage

Wir haben Anfang Oktober 8 Nächte in der Finca verbracht. Die Organisation der Anreise und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch eine Agentur in Alcudia und war absolut problemlos. Vor Ort erwartete uns dann auch die Besitzerin die uns sehr nett alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich und ist von Feldern umgeben. Direkte Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Alles war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Im Kühlschrank lagen Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt für uns kalt. Der Pool ist recht neu gemacht und lässt sich durch abschließbar Tore vom Haus trennen (bei mitreisenden Kindern ein großer Vorteil). Mitte Oktober war das Baden natürlich eine eher frische Angelegenheit aber dennoch wurde der Pool täglich genutz und sich bei einer warmen Dusche im Außenbad wieder aufgewärmt. Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht und würden das Haus sicher nochmal buchen.

Wunderschöne Finca!

Die Finca war sehr schön und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist groß und man kann dort wirklich bis in die späten Abendstunden die Zeit genießen. Auf der Veranda hatten wir viele gemütliche Kartenspiel-Abende. Alles in Allem ist nichts an der Finca auszusetzen. Einziges ganz kleines Manko war meiner Meinung nach, das es in der Küche keine Gewürze, Kaffeefilter und Öl oder so gab. Allerdings weiß ich nicht ob der Vormieter diese mitgenommen hat. Aber sonst würde ich diese Finca weiterempfehlen und erneut mieten. Liebe Grüße
