Villa Verde is a delightful traditional villa near Pollensa, set snugly within the north Mallorcan countryside surrounding the ancient town. Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfort, this rural property has been thoughtfully modernised, blending a natural Mallorcan stone and terracotta façade with a lovely private swimming pool, all within a secluded setting framed by mountain views.



On entering, the pretty sitting-dining room immediately sets the tone, a relaxed mix of modern and vintage pieces, with white walls, tiled floors, cosy sofas and an open fireplace. French windows lead out to the terrace and gardens, capturing the charm of traditional Mallorca, while a large Smart TV, DVD player, fibre-optic high-speed WiFi and air conditioning bring the comforts of modern living. The dining area, with its generous table, invites long meals together, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and washing machine, is framed by rustic wooden storage that nods to a more traditional island life.



Villa Verde offers 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and filled with soft Mediterranean light. Bedroom one is a double, while bedrooms two and three both feature twin beds.



Outside, a spacious covered terrace sets the scene for al fresco dining, complemented by barbecue facilities for warm evenings outdoors. The generous swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m, 1.3m deep) sits in a sheltered spot surrounded by wooden decking and lush lawns, and looks particularly striking when illuminated at night. Mature gardens filled with bougainvillea and other shrubs complete the setting, framed by sweeping views towards the mountains.



Set in a peaceful residential area just minutes from Pollensa town and close to the 9-hole Pollensa Golf Course, Villa Verde also offers private parking with a carport. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the surrounding mountain and forest walks are a real pleasure, with the area's stalagmite caves well worth seeking out.
