Car park, great lawn with swing. Terrace/balcony with chairs and tables. Within 150-200 metres, you'll find: cableway station to go to Hohsaas (3100 metres above sea level, skiing and hiking area), artificial and natural ice rink, cross country track (25 km long), curling, tennis courts, well-maintained mountain bike trails, bus stop for Saas-Fee and Saas Almagell, Vita-Parcours, swimming-pool and stores.
This 3 room loft flat has a south balcony, 1 comfortable kitchen-cum-living-room, a corner unit with comfortable chairs, 2 double bedroom, telephone, SAT-TV, radio/CD-player, VSH, hair dryer, shower/WC. All windows have roller shutters.
Holiday taxes Summer: CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter: CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.
