I purchased a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. It was a room with a Jacuzzi tub and a king bed. But it was just a normal ran down room. Definitely not worth the price and we’ll never go back.

The water did not drain in the tub when taking a shower, the light by the bed had some kind of short because it flickered on and off, the refrigerator did not work, the furniture looked really run down and the blackout curtains was not enough to keep the outside lights from shining in. Terrible.

I arrived a little before 8pm - the gym was already closed, and opens again at 9am which is after I will have left for work in the morning. The hot tub and sauna were both out of order. Those 3 amenities were the reasons I selected this hotel.

our room was dirty. The floor seemed like it had not been swept or vacuumed let alone mopped in awhile cause my white Sox got filthy. We didn’t unpack staying only one night but we are praying we didnt bring home any bedbugs cause we are sure we show evidence of them

Your website said breakfast included. This hotel had left over donuts, thats it. Pool doesnt work Hot tub doesnt work Gym was "broken" We had 2 rooms. room 233, there was poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom behind the door, and on the door, and no toiletries aside from an open bar of soap. There was hair and food in our beds, one of the rooms (#224) smelled like fresh weed the entire time and had stains and trash ever where...it had been cleaned. Just not well at all. Ever Also, no where on your website does it say this property doesnt allow dogs. I have 2. Im never using your falsely advertising website again.
