The kitchen staff was on it! Cleaning and greeting people the entire time. Every staff member said hello. I mean for hotel coffee , it was bangin!

Gross - animal urine smell in dog-friendly room

Hated this stay. The room smelled like cat pee. There was droplets of blood on the floor and the blind was dirty. I needed a staycation with the family and small dog while our house was under renovation. Wouldn't say again. Our dog has stayed in numerous hotels and we've never been somewhere that smelled so bad.

Great rooms but underwhelming breakfast

Really nice room and facilities. Breakfast was a little disappointing and not as advertised. The only fresh fruit were apples and oranges and the apples did not appear washed as they still had stickers on. The egg omelettes were pre made and the inside was runny. There were no scrambled eggs or fresh berries as advertised on the poster in the elevator. Other than that it was a very nice room and great service.
