Entirely s a reaction to your care for accessibility. You put us in a room furthest from the elevator. We are 79 years old and arrived at the end of our day. And the room was not accessible. The bathroom in particular. No grab bars around the toilet was major. It was a real breaker.. in comparison. The hotel we stayed in was a breeze! Your staf was very sweet and helpful, though they had no power to help us.to stay there. They spent a long time trying to find something that would work. Thank you for giving us a refund. That does help!

No bar, no shower holder so sprayer was hitting me at the hip (had to bend down or sit to rinse hair), staff very nice, clean place, breakfast was cold and limited.

The front desk staff was welcoming and the check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept. Breakfast was very good for a typical “breakfast included” stay. The spread included sausage patties, scrambled eggs, a variety of cold and hot cereals, fresh fruit, tortillas and varieties of breads, boiled eggs, pancakes, fruit juice, coffee and tea. Some snacks, cold drinks, salads and wine were available for purchase.

The room I ordered online was not available so they upgraded me to a suite and I only paid $40 more and I got free parking for our inconvenience which we didn’t ask for. Super nice and understanding staff. I would recommend this to family and friends
