We got there 30 minutes after our check in and the room wasn’t ready we have to wait like 30 minutes to get a temporary room so we could get ready for our family wedding. Weren’t very friendly, and had a lady knock at our room window at 1am. Was very uncomfortable

Booked a reservation but did not even make it to the room. Felt very unsafe. Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Cars with people blocking parking lot. Felt very unsafe to the point we left 20 minutes after check in. Do not recommend staying here with your family or period. Even if we don’t get a refund, the loss of room rate was worth it because our safety is priceless. We were also afraid of possible damage to vehicle while parked in lot. Our insurance deductible would be more than room rate, if they choose to keep our money.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is homeless people charging their phones & scooters by the elevators. The location is in the ghetto of Sacramento. I would never recommend this hotel. When we checked in their was a couple demanding a refund yell cancel our reservation. They yelled we don't feel safe.

Horrible place to stay

It was a horrible stay. The first room I was in had big cockroaches and I had to change rooms for the next night then the other room they put me in had bed bugs they're infested with bed bugs it's disgusting I have bites all over me and I itch horrible hotel to stay at and the surrounding area is bad too you can get robbed or mugged a lot of homeless people there.
