We stayed 2 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. 1) Our WiFi Code given didn't work, we verified twice what the code was w/ the front desk but it still didn't work, so unable to use any internet. 2) Our TV Remote didn't work. 3) There was no dial tone on our phone, when we spoke to the front desk about the phone not working they just said, "yeah it's not working in that room" but was not offered a room with a working phone. 4) The fire alarm went off at 2:30am several times and everyone on the 5th floor were standing out in the hall way in the middle of the night and others said their phone wasn't working either. 5) We were locked out twice of our room due to key not working and had to go down to get the key to work again. 6) We were charged an additional $46.75 at 4:30am. We already paid all the fees for the hotel prior to arriving and were also charged the standard 100.00 hotel deposit. When I asked why we were charged an additional 46.74 on our 1st night there they had no idea who charged us the additional fee.
