笑顔

いつも笑顔はありがたいけど、その人自身の笑顔が欲しい。 朝食、問題なし。ウエルカムサービスもよかった。温泉もシンプルでセンスもよく使いやすいが、もう少しだけ明るいと助かる。 一生懸命やってくださってるのはよくわかる。従業員の待遇をよりよくしてあげてください。

夜８時45分位に到着したのですが、ウェルカムドリンクが9時mまでとかで、案内してもらえて、コーヒーを飲むことができ、部屋でほっと一息つけてうれしかったです。 無料の朝食は、メニューが色々あり、無料なのにすごく充実していてがんばってみえるのが分かりました。ただ、生野菜は他で洗浄、加工されているのか？キャベツがたまたまなのか美味しくなく残念でした。 女性用、５種類選べるアメニティがあったり、バスローブやタオルが無料で借りれたり、枕も部屋の枕が結構良いのに、好みの高さ、材質の枕をフロントの前で選べたり、こういう心配りは嬉しいです。 お風呂も天然温泉。狭いという口コミも見ましたが、夜と早朝の2回とも貸し切りで楽しみました。男性の方は3人位みえたとか。オーガニックのシャンプー等も良かったです。何より、女性用の風呂は、暗証番号があり、セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心できました。 朝、チェックアウトはないはずですが、見送ってくださいました。一旦出た後で、バス停の場所が分からずもどったら、親切に教えてくださいました。 私は利用しませんでしたが、周囲はコンビニや飲食店がありました。駅から、タクシーで1000円くらい。温泉に入れるということ、直近に大きな総合病院があり安心だということで今回こちらにお世話になりました。ビジネスホテルとしては快適に過ごせるのではと思います。

全体的に清潔感は満点と思いますが、2階の浴場更衣室の床が水浸し状態で最悪でした。 一部の泊客のモラルの問題だと思うが、床用モップみたいなのがあればよかった。
