In Saint Brévin L'Océan, this apartment with feet in the sand and eyes fixed on the Ocean, welcomes you for a stay less than 100 metres from the sea! In all weathers, come and enjoy its view of the dunes, the pine trees and the "Plage de l'Ermitage" to relax with your loved one or with friends!
The 50m² apartment is located in a family-friendly and well-known residence in the Ermitage neighbourhood "Sea & Sun", which is situated at the edge of "The Harnessed Stone Forest", the only dune forest in the department and facing the sea. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room with TV gives access to a balcony with a view of the Ocean. The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and pod coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, mixer, chopper, ...
The rental also has a washing machine and a hairdryer. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. For maximum comfort, you have an outdoor parking space and the common areas of the residence, which include a library, ping pong table, and outdoor children's play area.
