Located just 200m from the seafront and 450m from the village with shops, local market, bars and restaurants, this late 19th-century bourgeois house of 220m² carries the very special charm of seaside villas of its time, all on a enclosed plot of 1100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house consists on the ground floor of an independent kitchen equipped with electric and gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a citrus press, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment. A dining room, a TV lounge, a bathroom and two double bedrooms complete this level.
