Bright apartment, very comfortable, raised ground garden (which allows us to have an unobstructed view of garden and sea).
Facing south west, it enjoys beautiful sunset overlooking the castle of Nessay (illuminated at night).
The apartment is ideally located; it is 3 minutes walk from the 1st beach and 10 minutes from the village.
it has a covered terrace and a private garden equipped with deckchairs and down 5 steps, we find ourselves in the large garden of the residence.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Saint Briac verbracht. Insbesondere der Ausblick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel mit Le Nessay war zu allen Tageszeiten unvergleichlich und vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang atemberaubend, die geschĂŒtzte ĂŒberdachte Terrasse erlaubte selbst im Oktober zeitweise Mahlzeiten im Freien. Mit dem Rad und zu Fuß konnte man bequem und auf schönen Wegen EinkĂ€ufe erledigen und AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung z.B. nach Dinard unternehmen.
