Welcome to this little corner of paradise nestled in a resort area, ideally located on the shores of Lake Laurianne in Saint-Côme.

Here, tranquility reigns supreme, and you will be pleased to know that motorboats are banned, thus preserving the serene atmosphere that characterizes this place.

Imagine yourself, every evening, facing spectacular sunsets which unfold majestically before you, thanks to the west-facing façade!

As soon as you arrive at the chalet, you will be greeted by an open area on the ground floor, delimited by a warm fireplace. The living room welcomes you for total relaxation, the dining room can accommodate up to eight guests and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals to share with your loved ones.

On the garden level, a family room awaits you, perfect for memorable evenings of entertainment, complete with a pool table to spice up your moments of relaxation.

The interior layout is complete with four bedrooms, each with Queen beds, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower only).
