With the Mediterranean just 350 metres away and a port town full of character right on the doorstep, this duplex cottage in Saint-Cyprien-Plage is a relaxed, well-arranged base for families or small groups. The pedestrian residence is quiet and enclosed, with the beach, shops, and local life all within easy walking distance.

Spread across two floors, the cottage sleeps up to six across three sleeping areas. The ground floor has a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed for two and a TV, alongside a bathroom that handles the morning rush comfortably for the whole group. Upstairs, a further bedroom with two single beds gives everyone their own space. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, keeping self-catering easy and practical. A private patio with outdoor furniture is perfect for meals in the sun or an evening drink as the day cools down. Free parking is available on-site.

The residence offers a free outdoor pool and paddling pool open from mid-June to mid-September, alongside table tennis, pétanque, and a children's play area. A free children's activity programme runs in July and August for kids aged six to twelve, and a snack bar is available during peak season as a paid option.

Saint-Cyprien-Plage sits 20km from Perpignan on the Catalan coast, with watersports, horse riding, golf, and squash all close by. Collioure, the Banyuls aquarium, and the Spanish border make excellent day trips, and the Catalan gastronomy and culture of the region add real depth to a longer stay.
