The cottage is arranged across two levels. The ground floor offers a living room with a TV and a bedroom with two single beds, along with a bathroom that keeps morning routines smooth and unhurried. Upstairs, a second bedroom with bunk beds gives younger guests their own space. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, and a private patio with outdoor furniture brings the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle right to your door. Free parking is available on-site.

Outside the cottage, the residence offers a free outdoor pool and a paddling pool open from mid-June to mid-September, table tennis, pétanque, and a children's play area — all included at no extra cost. In July and August, a free children's activity programme runs for kids between six and twelve. A snack bar is available on-site during peak summer months as a paid option.

Saint-Cyprien-Plage sits just 20km from Perpignan and close to the Spanish border, with watersports, horse riding, golf, and squash all easily accessible. Day trips to Collioure, the turtle valley at Sorrède, and the Banyuls aquarium are well worth the short drive. With 320 days of sunshine a year on the Catalan coast, there's rarely a reason to stay indoors.
