LES CYCLADES Residence - Holiday home complex with communal swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September (subject to change).
This 53 m² holiday home with private numbered parking space comprises:
A courtyard with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue (not overlooked, just a stone's throw from the residence's swimming pool).
A veranda serving as a lounge with TV, a living room with a modern and functional fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
A bathroom with a small bathtub and a separate toilet.
In the hallway, there is a storage cupboard with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
And a first bedroom with access to the courtyard and a 140 cm sofa bed.
Upstairs:
A mezzanine with a 140 cm sofa bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a wall cupboard.
The house is air-conditioned and in perfect condition. An ideal holiday guaranteed!
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week.
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
