The villa features a lovely entrance leading into a large, light-filled living area that opens onto the outdoors. This space combines a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a cozy lounge, and a dining area—all with access to a large terrace with a pergola and a beautiful garden.

The house offers sleeping arrangements for nine: four double beds (140x190 cm) and one single bed. The ground floor includes a master suite (140x190 cm double bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, a separate toilet, and a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer).
