Bright, modern 22m2 studio with an equipped kitchen, a queen size bed (160×200), a television, a desk with WiFi access, a pretty bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet and a cupboard equipped with a safe.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided at the entrance.
Bath linen consists of a large and a small bath towel per person and a shower mat.
The laundry service is provided exclusively by the concierge.
The linen is renewed at the request of the traveler and will be billed by our concierge service who will communicate the rates to you at your request.

Located in a pleasant small condominium close to the city center, its market, the marina with its fishing port and its restaurants and accessible on foot. Close to shops. Starting point for excursions to the islands of Désirade, Petite Terres, Marie Galante and Les Saintes.

Entry and exit are ensured by a concierge service, Muriel (delivery of keys and assessment of the accommodation). Muriel will contact you to organize your arrival: define a time slot, communicate the number and time of the flight or boat.

We enjoyed our stay at Sudio 24. We could walk easily in San François and the Boulangerie and Pizza shops opposite were great. Close to grocery shops, plus we had a car and were able to look around Guadeloupe. Our concierge Muriel was lovely.

Superbe vacances dans ce studio, l'accueil par le service conciergerie au top, Muriel est très gentille et très professionnelle , studio bien situé , boulangerie en face , supermarché a 200m, grill a 50m (je recommande) et la plage a environ 700m; Je vous remercie pour ces vacances.
