For your peaceful vacation between Pornic and Nantes, this gîte is located on the upper floor of the owners' house (separate entrance). Shared 1000 m² semi-enclosed garden with private terrace and 2500 m² of land next to the gîte. Boules and sandpit available. Living/dining room with balcony, separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm), 2: 1 double bed (140x190 cm), 3: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), shower room, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: freezer compartment, baby crib upon request, Wi-Fi access, and a stereo system.
Included: sheets and aerothermal/electric heating.
Not included: towels/household linens and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is €80 for business guests.
For short stays, please contact the owners. Pornic is 20 km away.
