Welcome to Chasing waves!
A home dedicated in loving memory to our son, Chase.
This tropical oasis is located off tropical point!! Directly across the street from the ocean with mangroves and a boat launch across the street !! Putting you 10 minutes from some amazing waters and beaches like Sanibel and Captiva!
So bring those jet skis and all your fun toys !! Plenty of space.
Plus a cute Little beach right up the road for launching kayaks, fishing, or soaking up the sun while enjoying nature. The only one on the island!!
There is also a nature preserve right across the way - plus a land trust with plenty of hiking trails across the street.
This home is completely set in a tropical paradise !!! It definitely was built for enjoying life and taking time to reset.
No detail was left untouched.
The backyard is a tropical maze set in its own little botanical garden. With lots of little hidden gems and sitting areas.
There are kayaks on the property and an outdoor shower to wash off ocean and a sink for cleaning your daily catch.
There’s even a rock memorial garden to paint a rock and leave a memory of a loved one.
There is a bonus room that has tons of games both outdoor and indoor plus a chalkboard wall.
This is our first vacation rental, so please be kind. We are open to all suggestions and ideas. This home is a work in progress with lots of ideas for future projects in mind for the outdoor spaces.
So we hope you’ll take the journey with us and come and stay often to see what the future holds for the property.
There are tons of restaurants on the island within minutes and marinas for renting, boats charters, etc.

Absolutely quaint and stunning property with a country/coastal vibe. Host is amazing to work with and communication is wonderful. My family and I absolutely loved this booking and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
