Lovely 3 bedroom chalet sleeping 7 people within a 10 minute drive of Morzine

Ground Floor Layout
The access to the chalet is up a flight of external steps and is to the side of the property and has one half of the garden. As you enter, there is a good sized entrance area with large cupboards plus extra hooks for coats etc. Off the entrance area there is a separate toilet with basin with additional hanging space/coat drying area. Off the entrance area is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar area. Just beyond the kitchen is a dining space with large table and chairs for seating for up to 10 people. Good sized open plan lounge space with L shaped sofa and leather armchair with stool. Large TV with UK Freeview channels. Off the living space is a set of French windows to access one side of the garden that has a good sized terrace with large retractable sun canopy plus a table and chairs to seat 6 people (we have extra chairs if required). There also a large gas BBQ. The terrace leads to the garden that has a small above ground pool (3m across in size and is 71cm deep) plus there is a trampoline with safety netting There is more garden space on the other side of the house that has a pic nic bench, parasol plus a children's wooden swing set and climbing ropes.

Top Floor Layout
There is a set of stairs off the entrance area that access the top of the chalet. At the top of the top of the stairs there is a large family bathroom with massive walk in shower, full sized bath, basin and toilet. The next room along the landing is bedroom 1 with is a children’s room with a set of bunk beds plus a single pull out sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed plus office area with desk and chair plus built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is the large master room with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin. On the landing space there is a cupboard with a 10kg washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

There is a small lockable cave off the main parking area for the storage of bikes.

The chalet has fast fiber optic internet so is ideal for working remotely.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2 house trained cats will be staying in the property for the duration of the rental. They have an automated food and water feeder that will be filled up before any arrival.
