Gite adjoining the owners' house located in the heart of the Parc de la Brière, near the marshes, 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule, on the Montoir/St Joachim departmental road (set back from the road).
Another gîte on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private south-facing terrace (approximately 20 m²) and private parking on the property.
On one level: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), shower room/toilet, and laundry room.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment, washing machine, dryer, Tassimo coffee maker.
Included: sheets, towels/household linens, electricity, and electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax (€0.66/night/person).
