Close to all shops, restaurants and main points of interest, it is located in a very quiet street. Simple and cozy decoration. Ideal for visiting the Corsair City in the best conditions.
Linen (towels, sheets) provided. Cleaning extra (20 euros - not available for a departure on Sunday).

Logement bien situé mais pas entretenu

Appartement bien situé , qui a l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour sauf qu'il ne correspond pas vraiment à la description de l'annonce ( appartement refait à neuf ). Le logement est humide , il y a de la moisissure tout autour du bac de douche et au plafond de la salle de bain, literie humide également. J'avais vu un commentaire qui parlait déjà de l'état de la salle de bain mais comme il datait de 2021 , j'esperais que le problÚme soit résolu. Prise qui tient avec du scotch... Heureusement que nous étions là que pour deux nuits car pas trÚs sain surtout avec des enfants.

Un appartement mal entretenu

Il a Ă©tĂ© difficile d’entrer en communication avec le propriĂ©taire le jour de notre arrivĂ©e. Cet appartement, bien situĂ©, est certes un peu sombre et l’ensemble de l’édifice un peu vĂ©tuste mais ce n’est pas le problĂšme. Le problĂšme c’est le laisser-aller dont est victime cet appartement : -le mĂ©nage ne semble pas ĂȘtre fait rĂ©guliĂšrement -des tĂąches grandes comme la main sur une couettes -des toiles d’araignĂ©e dans les toilettes et une cuvette de wc malpropre (je passe sous silence la dĂ©couverte que nous y avons faite Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) -des moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain -un robinet qui fuit dans la cuisine -une porte difficile Ă  fermer Malheureusement la sociĂ©tĂ© de nettoyage semble ne pas ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur. C’est dommage de laisser se dĂ©grader un tel bien Ă  deux pas des remparts et de la mer.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Il faudrait juste revoir un petit coup de rafraichissement et des petites choses Ă  rĂ©parer Mais rien ne nous a empĂȘcher de passer un agrĂ©able week end mis Ă  part la literie de la chambre qui fait la cuvette (matelas Ă  changer). Par contre le canapĂ© est d'excellente qualitĂ©

excellent séjour, appartement agréable, bien équipé, bonne literie et trÚs bien situé. trÚs bonne communication avec les propriétaires. (ne surtout pas faire attention au mail d abritel pour la remise des clés mais suivre celui des propriétaires, sinon vous tournerez en rond) nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Appartement agréable, propre et trÚs fonctionnel. TrÚs bien situé : proche ville avec tout type de commerces et plage a 3 minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les enfants en sont ravis et nous reviendrons car ce fut trop court (4 nuits), comme toutes vacances ! Le propriétaire est joignable facilement et répond instantanément.

Logement trÚs agréable, propre et bien placé. Nicolas à répondu à toutes nos interrogations, détail important : nous n'avons eu aucun mal à le joindre par téléphone. Par contre, dans la configuration actuelle, le logement est plus pour 3 couchages + 1 petit enfant (lit parapluie).

Bon séjour, trÚs appréciable d'avoir une entrée autonome. Immeuble un peu bruyant et rue passante, parquet qui grince. Bien pour un couple mais avec un enfant en bas ùge c'est un peu folkclore ! Propreté moyenne de l'appartement et salle de bain vraiment petite.
