🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
Spend your nights in peace and quiet thanks to the shutters.

⭐ Travel in complete comfort thanks to the facilities in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsule not supplied), SMEG fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, induction hob, toaster, complete set of household utensils, etc.), plenty of storage space (wardrobe, clothes hangers, cupboard). Bed linen and towels are available for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 The accommodation is located in a quiet, residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the Saint-Martin-d'Hères sports complex (stadiums, municipal swimming pool and various facilities), and close to the university swimming pool and student campus.
You will find many shops in the surrounding area, as well as small local shops such as a shopping centre.
Numerous small parks and green spaces in the surroundings... The Parc Paul Mistral, the lung of Grenoble is just a few minutes walk away!

Ce logement pourrait être très bien, à condition de le nettoyer vraiment. Tout est sale, il y a une odeur de moisi / renfermé, nous avons dû aérer et mettre du désodorisant... Des toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres, dot les vitres n'ont pas vu un lavage depuis des lustres.La vaisselle est indigente : juste 4 assiettes plates, soupe, dessert, 4 verres dépareillés, idem pour les bols et couverts, rares ustensiles et casseroles. Comment fait-on pour préparer à manger ? Quant au patio, mal entretenu, mobilier de jardin sale inutilisable. Le corridor d'entrée rempli de pièces de vélo et autres "déchets". Bref, vraiment pas en correspondance avec les belles photos de l'annonce !!!

OK dans l'ensemble mais quelques petites trucs embêtants...

Dans un immeuble vétuste dont la serrure tient à peine, l'appartement est rénové, propre, confortable. En revanche, il manque quelques petits trucs pour des séjours de plusieurs jours. Des ustensiles pour faire la cuisine (il n'y a que des toutes petites casseroles, pas de cuillères en bois pour la cuisson, pas de couteau qui coupent, pas d'égouttoir vaisselle). La casserole en inox est super cramée (il faudrait la laver avec une éponge métallique...). Il manque aussi un petite sèche-linge pour sécher quelques vêtements après une flotte ou après le lavage des vêtements tachés. Pas de serviette prévues pour la salle de bain par terre (qu'un petit tapis qui n'éponge rien).

Appartement avec jolie décoration, bien situé. Il est bien équipé, les indications pour entrer dans le logement sont nickel. juste revoir la qualité de la prestation ménage et quelques petits travaux (trous dans le mur, un peu de peinture). Une vigilance accrue compte tenu de la caution demandée en amont de la location.
