In the beautiful streets of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this apartment is located 400 metres from the port, where you can enjoy the view of the boats, shops, restaurant terraces or savour a good ice cream. Not far from Cible beach, you will also only need to take your bike to get there and have a swim.
This duplex is beautifully decorated and has a large terrace that will allow you to take your time over a good breakfast, have a nap in the sun or enjoy nice summer salads on fine days.
The living space is open with three distinct areas: the kitchen, well-equipped, it has: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It opens onto the wooden table where you can gather for moments of conviviality accompanied by good food. Finally, the lounge awaits you for a moment of relaxation to chat or read.
