The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen television, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering comfortable and well-appointed sleeping arrangements. The bathroom features a double hand-basin and is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring practicality and ease for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine with Senseo capsules available as an extra, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The property also boasts a large roofed terrace of 30 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal space for outdoor relaxation and dining.
