All the comfort needed for a successful holiday right by the water is provided (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, etc.).
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, without elevator, with a slightly steep staircase, the apartment features a pleasant living area with a flat-screen TV, opening onto a balcony – perfect for breakfast in the sun!
The functional kitchen offers everything you need: 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a loft-style mezzanine with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
