Ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen (fireplace/stove with wood billing according to quantity consumed: €70/stere), 1st bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), 3rd bedroom (160 cm bed), shower room, wc. WIFI. Electric heating (extra charge depending on the meter). Private enclosed garden of 500 m² (part of which is enclosed by hedges), bicycle shelter. Play area with swing and slide (wooden frame) shared with the second gîte. POOL OPENING: 10/05 to 30/09 (depending on the weather). Non-smoking cottage. On the borders of Touraine and Sarthe, everything here is designed to transform your stay into a pure vacation. You will succumb to the joys of the heated swimming pool to share with a second cottage.
