Located 1 km from the village of St Pompont, this detached wooden chalet offers 55 m² of living space. It features a lovely open-plan living area with a kitchen opening onto a lounge area equipped with a television. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, and a four-burner ceramic hob. A step leads to the shower room with a walk-in shower. There is a separate WC with a laundry area (washing machine). The chalet has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm). A covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue is also provided. Electric heating is included. The property is not fenced. Parking is available in front. Baby equipment is available upon request and subject to availability: a travel cot.

Linens, towels, sheets, electricity, and heating are included. End-of-stay cleaning is €40. An unheated swimming pool is shared with three other rentals (opposite the chalet). Dimensions: 5 m x 10 m. Depth: 1 m to 1.50 m. Open from June 1st to September 30th. Security provided by a barrier and alarm. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, the Soutou cottages are located in the Périgord countryside, on the heights of a typical village with basic amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market).

You can explore the many heritage sites (castles, fortified towns, gardens, caves, etc.), visit Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage just 29 km away, or enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, golf, canoeing, swimming in the Dordogne River, etc.).
