Wonderful caretakers

Sven and Karin, the on-site caretakers, were wonderful. Always discrete but immediately available when we needed anything. The property is very quiet, with great views.

Peaceful Provence Paradise

The house was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Stunning views across the valley. Great facilities and house fully equipped with everything you need. Bbq on the terrace was lovely. We paid to have pool heated and it was lovely!! Hot tub is great too. We enjoyed playing Boules on the Boules pitch and watching Netflix at night. The village is short drive and is pretty and has a small supermarket and a couple of nice restaurants. Karin and her husband who checked us in and dealt with any queries during our stay were so friendly and accommodating (especially with our pesky puppy) they were on hand when needed but apart from that you wouldn't know they were there at all in a property near by. Can't recommend enough for a peaceful get away.

Beautiful Home - forest mountain retreat

The villa is lovely, very well appointed, wonderful pool, lots of patio and balcony areas to ensure sun and shade all day long. The owner was very responsive. The caretakers live on site ( in a separate apartment) but are very discrete. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom and a bunk bed room in the main house. There was a separate studio with two double beds, a bathroom and small kitchen/ utility room. It was perfect for our 18 year old, and would be great for teenagers or a second family. The villla is a few kilometres from a small village, there is also a carrefour close by but a car is essential. It was a 25 min drive to Frejus ( or Decathlon where most people seemed to be shopping on a Monday morning) or 30 ish mins from St Raphaël- which was a really lovely beach and area. It was fairly easy to get to other mountain villages such as Seillans or onward to the Verdon du Gorge ( although I believe the drive is not for the faint hearted). The WiFi at the villa was great, as was access to Netflix etc should you need it. The air con was a lifesaver. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Dieses Haus ist ein kleines Juwel. Von der Lage, über die Ausstattung, die himmlische Ruhe bis hin zu der fantastischen Aufteilung mit den bis zu drei in sich geschlossenen Wohneinheiten, es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert.Die Ausblicke sind atemberaubend und das Dorf ist zauberhaft. Die Wasserqualität des Pools war über den gesamten Aufenthalt über sehr gut. Karin und Sven, die sich um das Anwesen kümmern, waren einfach spitze! Sie waren herzlich und unfassbar professionell. Sie waren so viel und so wenig präsent wie man sie brauchte und haben uns mit vielen guten Insider Tipps für Ausflüge ausgestattet. Man ist innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeiten an wunderschönen Buchten.Wir schwärmen immer noch und würden "Les Terrasses" jederzeit weiterempfehlen.S.J.A. & E. xxx

Liebe Karen, Lieber Sven,vielen Dank für euren herzlichen Empfang! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Mit euren Empfehlungen und Ratschlägen habt Ihr unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und durch die Klimatisierung kann man dort sehr gut Zeit verbringen.Der eigene Pool mitsamt Whirpool war fantastisch, wir haben dort jeden Abend verbracht.In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man eine kleine Bäckerrei für frische Barguettes und mehrere Restaurants.Von Monaco bis St.Tropez ist alles mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Für Städtetrips und Strandurlaub ist die Lage wunderbar.Unser gesamter Auftenthalt war unkompliziert und wir konnten ihn vollends genießen.Danke Cathrine, Karin und Sven!

Wunderschön im Wald gelegen

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in dieser Location absolut glücklich. Ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mitten im Wald mit gemütlicher Terrasse und tollem Pool. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gross (1 Hauptschlafzimmer, 1 kleines Zimmer mit Kajütenbett, 1 Bad/WC, relativ grosse Küche und grosses Wohnzimmer), das Studio ist ebenfalls klein, aber zweckvoll eingerichtet. Die gedeckte Terrasse lässt einem auch bei Regenwetter draussen sitzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5-10 Autofahrminuten vom Haus im Dorf oder 20 Min entfernt in Frejus. Die Hausbesitzerin hilft bei Fragen im Vorfeld und vor Ort ist ein tolles Ehepaar, welches das Haus betreut und den Gästen ebenfalls weiterhilft. Die Beiden leben direkt angrenzend und sind wunderbare, unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Grundstück toll. Das Gelände ist relativ gross und umzäunt. Die Hunde dürfen mit in Pool und sich frei bewegen.

Ontspannende, mooie locatie

We hebben het goed getroffen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel mooi uitzicht op het overdekt terras, zalig zwembad en jacuzzi. Helaas enkele probleempjes gehad maar Karin en Sven hebben hun best gedaan om alles zo rap mogelijk op te lossen. Hele lieve mensen die graag eens babbelen en de gasten willen verwennen. Heel leuk aankomen met een fris drankje en fruit.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit est un vrai paradis. Idéal pour se reposer et vivre avec la nature. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps exceptionnel pour une fin octobre, ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum des extérieurs : piscine chauffée remarquable, jacuzzi, pétanque. Vue sur les montagnes féériques. Bon accueil de Karin et Sven sur place. Enfin, merci à Catherine pour sa disponibilité et pour sa réactivité lors de nos nombreuses questions. A refaire.

Très calme et reposant

Le propriétaire est disponible pour toutes questions et les gardiens sont très sympas. La maison ne manque de rien. Propriété très agréable pour valider de bonnes vacances avec le soleil en prime !

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Ruhe

Tolle Location, abgelegen und ruhig, schönes Anwesen mit Pool und Whirlpool (welchen wir aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht genutzt haben). Der Urlaub hat uns und unserer Hundedame sehr gefallen und Karin und Sven waren sehr hilfsbereit.

juste parfait

Logement très agréable, très propre et très calme, l'hôte très gentille ainsi que les concierges et toujours à l'écoute. jolie piscine, plus jacuzzi et terrain de pétanque. nous reviendrons une troisième fois avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Merci. (seul petit soucis : la connexion box et les coupures d'électricité , mais les concierges était la pour remettre le courant et nous avions pris notre cromecast, donc pas grave.) Nous recommandons ce petit paradis.

Sommerzeit in Herbst

Wir waren da im Oktober, 4 Erwachsene, vier Kinder und der Hund. Wir haben uns fantastisch erholt. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu entspannen, Terrassen auf verschiedenen Seiten, Pool, Liegestühle, Garten. Alles mitten im Wald, weit vom Dorf mit super schöner Aussicht. Zufahrtsweg ist beim ersten Mal eine Herausforderung, dann gewöhnt man sich daran 😀. Das Haus ist nicht neu, aber genau das, macht es so unglaublich gemütlich und passend in dieser Umgebung. Abends, als es schon kühler war, haben wir sehr schöne Zeit an einem idyllischen Kaminfeuer verbracht. In jedem Raum was alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann. Wenn ich das alles schreibe, möchte ich sofort zurück.. auf dem Grundstück wohnt ein Ehepaar, das sich um das Haus und den Garten kümmert. Fantastische, freundliche, hilfsbereite, tierliebende Menschen!! Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was super ist, wenn man mit dem Hund reist. Keine Nachbarn in der Nähe, komplette Ruhe. Von uns allen war jeder zufrieden, egal ob gross oder klein oder vierbeinig!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Enpfehlenswert

Das Haus befindet sich an einem kleinen Feldweg und liegt mitten im Wald. Es ist sehr ruhig und auf dem Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und einen kleinen Ausschnitt auf das Meer. Da es angenehme 28 ° hatte, waren wir mehrmals im Pool, der jeden Tag gesäubert wurde. Auf dem Grundstück wohnt ein Ehepaar, das sehr ruhig ist, aber auch sehr hilfsbereit ist. Die obere Wohnung war praktisch und nett eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm, leider etwas zu laut, so dass wir diese nachts nicht anlassen konnten. Die untere Wohnung haben wir nicht genutzt. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine gute entspannte Zeit. Vielen Dank für alles.
