Unfortunately the room was dirty (bathroom,mini kitchen,door frame. The housekeeping never came to clean the room. in the room, everything was falling apart. It’s sad but the building is falling apart. The owner wants only the money he doesn’t like to invest .

The pool area is very hazardous. There’s wires. There’s holes there’s mould was not happy at all and I actually requested a refund and I’m waiting for the response. For the amount of money I paid to stay there for the night is ridiculous.

The hotel was very nice and had a beautiful view! If you need new towels just ask they will give you. Overall we had a great stay and it was super close to all restaurants and ski mountains! 5 min drive away to everything!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the room's layout. It had a kitchenette, fridge and microwave oven. Good size closet for winter coats and boots. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets. The room came with a gas fireplace. Makes the room cosy and warm after a winter outing. The room was very clean. The front desk agent was friendly and answered our questions. We will definitely come back!

The suite was very dirty. Beer can left on the floor from previous guest. Dust everywhere, mold in the shower, stains on appliances. The place smelled bad when we arrived, and you can easily tell that it never has been cleaned properly. Very disappointed overall and didn’t look at all like the pictures we saw online before booking the room. Also we told the employee about the beer can left over there, they said they will go clean it while we went to the restaurant. When we came back the beer can was still there. Honestly it is unacceptable to be received that way in a hotel.
