L’hôtel est magnifique, le spa fabuleux le petit déjeuné, correct Je me suis entendu plus de cette Hôtel , 5 étoile plus de professionnalisme de leurs pars À mon arrivée, j’ai entendu 45 minutes pour avoir ma chambre, même pas un petit attention de la part de la de l’accueil pour les assurés, j’ai devez appeler le service clientèle pour qu’il fasse le nécessaire quand je suis membre de Gold Je voulais partir plus tard possible à 14h au lieu 12h Ils me disent pas possible je devrais devais assister pour valoir mes droits. Merci. Beaucoup à nicoleta il nous avait parlé gentiment et avec un professionnalisme.

Grand Hotel Billia - best hotel in the Aosta Valle

We always stay at Grand Hotel Billia on our way back home from Italy. The service is great - as ever - but there just seems to be a sense of something not quite right - the coffee machines in the rooms don't work very well the last 2 x stays! Time to buy new ones!! Does the property have a staff shortage? Leaves and debris in both the main inside pools and the little outside pool infested with leaves! That apart - the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great - with breathtaking views of the mountains opposite! Still our hotel of choice on our way back to the UK.

Cela ne ressemble pas a un 5* Tres peu de oersonnel: personne pour s occuper des bagages et une seule personne a la reception La deco est spéciale : le détournement du style d origine avec des bâtiments noirs et du modernisme épuré n est pas vraiment réussi La domotique de la chambre ne fonctionne qu a moitié Heureusement la literie est excellente et le calme exceptionnel

Beautiful setting

The hotel is beautiful and is located in an absolutely perfect setting. Our favorite part of the hotel was the outdoor pool and lounge areas. They have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very helpful.

hôtel comprenant un spa magnifique et de très beaux extérieurs, cependant le service laissait un peu à désirer pour un 5 étoiles. J'avais payé pour une chambre superieure et on m'a donné une chambre normale avec vue sur cour, ensuite le changement a été fait mais nous avons eu une chambre sentant fortement la cigarette. Grand Hotel a Saint Vincent: una garanzia!

L'hotel è davvero bellissimo, cinque stelle super meritate! Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza "basic" era spaziosa, al terzo piano con vista, pulita con una doccia enorme e con ogni comfort. Nella nostra prenotazione era incluso anche l'accesso alla spa: eccezionale! Due saune, un bagno turco, due piscine interne e una piscina esterna riscaldata (40°) dove puoi comodamente ammirare lo stupendo panorama (in estate è attiva un'altra grande piscina esterna). Possibilità di effettuare massaggi e trattamenti (costo circa 2 euro al minuto per massaggi). Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione abbondante con possibilità di spaziare tra dolce e salato, uova,affettati ecc.. (c'è anche il prosecco per i più coraggiosi) Possibilità di farsi portare la colazione in camera con un piccolo contributo di 10 euro. Insomma è stato un weekend bellissimo in un posto favoloso, spero di tornarci prestissimo!

Très bel hôtel. Chambre standard plus que correcte avec belle salle de bains, bien équipée. Spa magnifique avec personnel très accueillant. Les seuls points négatifs du séjour ont été le repas dans un des restaurants de l hôtel (service moyen et nourriture sans plus) et le nettoyage de la chambre qui a seulement été réalisé dans la soirée.

A really great place

Everything about this hotel, from check-in to departure was easy, uncomplicated and friendly. The staff were so welcoming and our room was upgraded to a beautiful small suite overlooking the pool and gardens. The room itself was luxurious and cool, with the AC which was a must as it was so hot. Lots of room for parking. We ate dinner in the restaurant, a gastronomic delight. The only slight irritation was that there were a few very young children in the dining room but this is Italy, after all ! All in all, we had a great time. We actually booked this last minute. We were originally going to stay in Chamonix but on our way down to Italy, found that town to be rather soulless and bland. So we cancelled that booking and came to the Grand Hotel Billia instead ..... a decision which was definitely worthwhile. We'll be back, for sure.

È la seconda volta che to4niamo al grand hotel Billia in occasione del torneo di poker e devo dire che è diventato il nostro hotel del cuore. Un oasi di pace e bellezza di lusso . Personale attento e molto cortese. Ci si sente a casa con i veneti i di una struttura lussuosa! Il top! Il nostro suggerimento in merito i servizi ,la cucina durante i w.end,aperta fino alle 23.
