Charming courtyard and comfortable decor

Our favorite Vrbo in Martinique! The charmingcourtyard is full of quirky planters and thriving plants. The decor is bright yet coordinated with many small themes such as philodendron leaves. The rooms were well stocked and easy to use. Franck was welcoming, and spoke excellent English. This was a big help as our French is very limited, and it was a relief to communicate so easily. It is true that the church bell does start ringing at 6am! But this is actually an asset as the morning is the best time in Martinique before the sauna of the afternoon.

bonne situation en plein centre de sainte Anne commerces à proximité ,pharmacien , médecin église à 50m on se fait aux son de cloche plages proches accès à pied liaison bus vers le marin ou l 'on trouve des plus grands commerces loueur très serviable

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Franck et Edwige, des personnes très sympathiques et disponibles pour divers renseignements. L'appartement du dernier étage à une grande et belle terrasse ombragée et fleurie avec vue sur la mer. Il est situé au centre du bourg ce qui est pratique pour se promener et s'approvisionner. Le petit bémol est la proximité de l'église qui sonne tous les matins dès 6h mais au final on prend vite le rythme. Caroline & Thierry

A lovely place to be

Right in the centre of all the activity of Ste Anne. No need to use the car every day. Wonderful to be there for all the Carnaval activity. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Voyage au bout de l’enfer

Très mauvaise expérience : logement vieillot au 1er étage avec petit balcon, donnant sur une rue étroite où défile toute la circulation de Saint-Anne donc très poussiéreux et très bruyant. La terrasse mentionnée dans d’autres commentaires est réservée au logement du 3e étage. L´annonce est aussi mensongère puisque certains équipements mentionnés sont inexistants : pas de sèche linge, pas de TV. Les tuyauteries sont bruyantes, l’équipement de cuisine réduit au strict minimum (une petite casserole et un faitout, pas de poêle) et les placards sentent le moisi. Le seul moyen d’avoir un peu d’air et de lumière est d’ouvrir la porte fenêtre de la pièce principale laissant ainsi entrer également la poussière, le bruit, les oiseaux et ... les moustiques. La rue mentionnée est en travaux actuellement ce qui ajoute d’énormes inconvénients mais, même en temps normal, ce logement doit être poussiéreux et très bruyant (défilés de voitures dont certaines avec la musique à fond, motos pétaradantes, sonos excessivement fortes sur les concerts de la place voisine) ... Un ménage récent n’avait pas été fait puisque le premier soir je me retrouve les pieds tout noirs à marcher sur le carrelage et un Sopalin passé sur la table à manger se révèle également noir de poussière .... Le logeur m’a accueillie en quelques minutes puis a disparu et j’attends toujours le citron vert qu’il m’avait promis. Il est réapparu le matin de mon départ, me criant depuis sa fenêtre de lui laisser la clé sur la table.... Bref, 4 jours très pénibles que je ne conseille à personne. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Bon Séjour

Appartement avec une belle terrasse, très bien situé proche des commerces, du marché et de très bon restaurants. Dommage que les travaux dans la rue ont perturbé notre séjour. Franck, disponible et très discret nous a donné quelques conseils pour découvrir St Anne et la région.

Super appartement avec court intérieur!

Merci a Frank pour ce séjour. L’endroit est ideal pou rester a sainte Anne et pour visiter les plages alentours qui sont vraiment singulières. L’appartement est spacieux et peux accommode trois personnes. Il y a tout le nécessaire de base pour s’accomoder, petite cuisine sympa pour ce faire des repas etc.. Le plus du séjour était notre hôte qui était super amical, remplit d’information et près a nous aider au moindre besoin. On recommande!
