A very large, beautifully appointed single level home built in 2016. Arrival is on the upper level, with a garage for 2 cars and parking for 3. An elevator goes down to the house: so the cars are not visible from the house.
You arrive on a very large terrace, on which open six large bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, very large closets, a safe, and a very large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen.

The small town of Sainte Maxime is 2 km away by car or on foot along the sea, where you will find many restaurants from the simplest to the most gastronomic, fashion stores, cafés with beautiful terraces, the covered market (fish, fruits and vegetables, cheeses...), the big open air market on Friday morning, the port and the embarkation for Saint Tropez, the church.
For golfers, 2 golf courses are very close : the beautiful and famous Beauvallon golf course (2 km), and the Blue Green of Sainte Maxime (6 km), with an unbelievable view.
