Added the breakfast. It was wonderful! The selection was terrific. If you don’t want to add it there are plenty of options around the area. I speak very little Japanese and there were no problems at all. Everyone was as very friendly and had great patience with me.

Once you find the elevator to the seventh floor, the hotel is easy to find. There was good food selection around, including in the mall. I'd recommend "In The Park" chef's tasting menu, worth every yen. It was also very close to the train station as well.

I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms feature Japanese style bathing and layout. The rooms environment is linked into an easy to use tablet. So lighting and tempature is easy to manage. Other features such as the washing machines or the amount of people at the breakfast buffet are available via the TVs information channels. So access was easy to monitor. My only complaint is the noise from the hallway did often make it to our room, but we were in a high traffic spot.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the last 2 years. It's an excellent hotel right next to a train station and many places to shop. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Kawagoe is less crowded than Tokyo, but less than an hour on the train and you're in the heart of Tokyo. Staff is very attentive and efficient. My only complaint, is that the mattresses are extremely firm. I solved that issue on the second visit by bringing an inflatable air mattress. Problem solved! I hope to visit again, in the future.

I had a relaxing and comfortable one-night stay. Staffs were friendly, and facility was well-maintained and clean. Conveniently located by Kawagoe Station, it took only a few minute walk to the building. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub; Seven Eleven, Tully’s Coffee, restaurants and shops are down stairs. Hotel entrance may be a little hard to find so I hope this helps: find the Seven Eleven at the second level of the building, where you will see elevators nearby, two of which directly go to the 7th floor where hotel entrance is, then open the door on your left. I will stay again next time I am in town.
