The apartment is located in a condominium context and offers a spacious balcony equipped with table, chairs, awning. The house is equipped with a kitchenette with all the main comforts and a living area that opens onto the terrace. A small corridor will give you access first to the bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and then to the two bedrooms, one of which is a double with access to the terrace and the other with 2 bunk beds. The property also offers a private garage and the possibility to use the shared swimming pool with solarium area just 10 meters from the house. Heating costs €10 per night.
